1.Product description

This series of products are mainly used for the iron removal process of various powders, such as potassium and sodium feldspar dry iron removal, quartz sand (quartz powder) iron removal whitening, electromagnetic positive and negative materials iron removal, improve the separation efficiency of iron particles.

2.Operating Principle

Feed the powder from the feeding hopper, at the same time make the dry powder machine in a magnetized state, and start the vibrator. After the feeder has fed a certain amount or time, stop feeding, disconnect the excitation device, keep the vibrator vibrating, and install the baffle in the hopper to the iron outlet to make it adsorb in the magnetic medium .The magnetic substance is discharged from the lower iron bucket by the vibration force.
