Product Service Commitment
1、 The whole machine is guaranteed for 5 years (excluding wearing parts).
2、 In the first two years, parts damaged by non-human factors will be replaced free of charge. In case of damage caused by illegal return operation, the cost price of spare parts shall be recovered and no labor cost shall be charged.
3、 From the third year, collect the spare parts fee, and the customer is responsible for the travel expenses of maintenance personnel, free of labor cost.
4、 Regular return visit within 5 years, once a quarter in the first year, once every 6 months in the second year, once a year since the third year, no charge for return visit.
5、 After the installation and commissioning of the equipment is completed, it will be delivered to the customer for use, and the customer will be provided with free staff training services.
6、 If the machine breaks down during use, it shall be repaired free of charge. Those who need to be sent to the site for maintenance shall arrive within 48 hours in Guangdong Province and 72 hours outside Guangdong Province.
7、 After the equipment is delivered for use, if the foreign customer needs to send personnel to the site for maintenance, the customer shall be responsible for the round-trip air tickets and accommodation of the maintenance personnel, and assist in visa.
