1.Product description

The combination of air flow is reasonable and the dust is filtered with the inlet air flow and the downstream flow, so that the dust can agglomerate and settle at the same time, and reduce the load of the filter bag and the pulse frequency. The filter bag is sealed by elastic expanding ring, which has good tightness and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The frame is resistance welded, the outer surface is smooth without welding mark, which solves the wear phenomenon of the filter bag in the frame, and the filter bag has long service life. According to the working condition, the filter media with different performance and specifications is selected, which has the advantages of stable running resistance, low energy consumption and high dust removal efficiency.

2.Operating Principle

The dust-contaning gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlt and slow equalizer of the dust collector, and the dust of the large particles is separated under the diversion of the ash hopper guiding device, and directly falls into the ash hopper, and the fine dust enters the middle tank to be uniformly adsorbed. On the outer surface of the filter bag, the clean gas permeates the filterbag into the upper case and is discharged into the atmosphere from the upper case exhaust pipe. As the filtration condition progresses, the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag increases, the powder adborbed on the surface of the filter bag is weakened, and the resistance of the dust collector is continuously increased. When the resistance reaches a certain value, electromagnetic pulse controller sends a singal to sequentially open the electromagentic pulse. The valve casuses the compressed air in the air bag to be sprayed from the nozzles of the blowing pipe to the corresponding venturi, and inducs the air surroundingthe primary air to enter the filter bag when the airflow is ventilated through the venturi, causing the filter bag to instaneously. The expansion rapidly, the impact of the reaction to the pulsed airflow quickly disappears, and the filter bag shrinks sharply, so that the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag is eliminated, and the fallen dust discharge system is discharged.

3. From the second year onwards, the accessory fee will be charged, and the customer will be responsible for the travel expenses of the maitenance personal, free of labor costs.

6. If the equipment has problem during use, it can be repaired free of charge by phone or online. If customers need our technical to repair, in our own province, the technical will get to within 36 hours, if another province, then will arrive within 48 hours. As for the foreign country, the technical will arrivesat the scen for a week or so to ensure the normal production of the customer. The customer need to responsible for the return ticket and accommodation of the maintenance personal, and assist the visa.
