1.Product description

The difference between calcined and washing kaolin:

Calcination of the high territory first, the calcined kaolin is calcined, the crystal form and the original soil been changed, and the washed kaolin is only phsical treatment, and does not change the original soil properties.

Secondly, the degree of whiteness has is relativelr large. Generally, the whiteness of kaolin will increase after light burning, and washing will not significantly increase whiteness.

Moreover, the calcined kaolin is mainly refferred to as hard kaolin( coal kaolin), and the original soil has no cohensiveness. Can not be used directly as a raw material for paper or refractory binder or a paper filler.

As a paper-making filler, the degree of whitness has a lot of calories.

2. Operating Principle

The raw ore enters the beating process, and the raw material is sent to the beater fro beating by a double screw feeder. After the beating, the transfer tank is classified by the vibrating screen, and the tail sand enters the soil fro treatment. After the classification, the original slurry pool is subjected to the iron removal process, and the finished product pool is removed by the electromagnet.

2.In the first year, spare parts caused by non-human factors were damaged and replaced free of charge. If the damage is caused by the violation of the operation, the cost of the spare parts will be recovered and labor costs will be waived.
