Dry Powder Process in Zhaoqing, its material is Potassium-Sodium Feldspar. It has the operating principle as follows:

The original ore(30cm or more) is crushed and a cone crusher in sequence, and then passed through a vibrating screen into a sand making machine fro fine breaking. In the process of fine crushing, the sieve is stopped by a linear vibrating screen. The fine particles with a particle size of less than 6mm are sieved out and transported to the intermediate transfer field. The coarse particles and stones with a particles size of more than 6mm are returned to the sand making machine for further fine crushing. This process is repeated until the original ore is completely brokne into fine particles, and finally the fine particles pass through a magnetic roller belt magentic separator to remove the mechanical iron from the crushing process.
